Along with the growth of your kid, his diet will change. Beginning lots of types of food that they can & likes to eat. But what they can & likes to eat that does not mean always lovely for him. Some foods that contain white flour, high fat, sugar, artificial coloring, chemicals, & others are not lovely for your kid consume every day.

So how to educate your kid to have a healthy diet? Tips below can help you. Make your home as a "paradise of nutrients" for him. You may not be supervise your child's diet when they is outside the house, but you can watch him while they was at home.
